This range of coins is .9999 pure gold and weighs 1oz (31.1g). The range started in 1996 with the Rat and has been produced every year since. The first Lunar series was struck on to a 32mm coin, the second series was on a 39mm coin. Some of the coins were produced with painted detail.

These coins are from prior years and may have some marks on them – this does not affect their bullion value.
